The king room was surprisingly clean and cozy. free WiFi made planning our next day easy. Finding our way around town was a breeze thanks to helpful directions from the staff, who mentioned there were plenty of rooms available even late at night.
The towels could use a softer touch. they felt quite rough against the skin.

It was just a perfect match for a brief visit in Chattanooga with good value. The staff provided towels quickly when asked for extras, which was nice. Always keep in mind that not every location allows coffee to go, so check first.

the lobby made me feel like I was in a zoo, all through a window like I was unworthy of a proper greeting. absolutely, the towels were as soft as sandpaper! with my expectations, a complimentary gift would’ve been the least I could’ve recieived after that chaos. I almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.

We had a good time exploring the area, especially mini golfing nearby. The kids loved the outdoor activities, and our pet was welcomed, which made the stay even better. The room had plenty of space for our family, and being able to unwind after a long day was a plus.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve the cleanliness in the rooms.

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort
The beds were VERY comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. The girls at the front desk Shawna and Erica, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
It wasn’t expensive but still acceptable for the quality.

The room was super clean and cozy, making it easy to unwind after a long drive. I really enjoyed the free WiFi and the small exercise area was a nice plus for stretching out. The towels could definitely be softer, but overall it served my needs just fine. 😌

great spot for exploring chattanooga's parks and attractions
i loved the central location which made it super easy to walk to enterprise south nature park, just a brisk 2 km stroll away, and the historic dent house, which is just a little over 4 km from the hotel, perfect for my weekend city explorations.

The king room was clean and provided a cozy space for a night’s rest. Free WiFi was a bonus for planning activities, and the homemade muffins available were a delightful touch. However, the presence of musty odor in the room detracted from the experience, and the overall decor felt dated.
